Emb. Dr. Engin Enginsu
Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde temel tıp eğitimini tamamladı. 1988 yılında Hollanda Maastricht Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Genetik ve Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum üniteleri bölümü tarafından ortak yürütülen Üreme Tıbbı bölümünde doktorasını tamamladı. Bu süreç içerisinde Androloji konusunda birçok uluslararası yayın ve kitap bölümleri yazdı. Belçika Leuven Katolik Üniversitesi Tüp Bebek ünitesinde 1 sene lazer ışınlarının gamet ve embriyolar üzerinde kullanımı konusunda çalışıp uluslararası yayınlar yaptı. 1995 senesinde Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Tüp Bebek Ünitesi’nde başladığı Laboratuvar sorumluluğu görevini daha sonra sırası ile 1996 da V.K.V. Amerikan Hastanesi, 1997 İnternational Hospital, 1998-2003 Metropolitan Hastanesi’nde devam ettirdi. Bu süreç içerisinde Kadıköy Şifa hastanesi ve Kalamış Tıp Merkezinde açılan tüp bebek laboratuvarlarının kurulum ve sorumluluğu görevini üstlendi. 2004 senesinde Okmeydanı Memorial Hastanesi Tüp Bebek Ünitesinde laboratuvar sorumlusu olarak çalıştı. 2004 senesinde Spermed Androloji laboratuvarını kurdu ve 2008 senesine kadar bu laboratuvarın direktörlüğünü üstlendi. 2005-2018 yılları arasında Kadıköy Şifa Hastanesi Tüp Bebek ünitesinin direktörlüğünü yaptı. 2018 – 2019 yılları arasında LIV Ulus hastanesinde laboratuvar direktörlüğü yaptı. 2008 yılında kurulan Klinik Embriyoloji Derneği nin kurucu üyesi olup halen derneğin yönetim kurulunda görev yapmaktadır. Dr. Engin Enginsu’nun ulusal ve uluslararası makale ve kitap bölümleri bulunmakta olup bu konuda düzenlenen kongrelerde çok sayıda eğitmen olarak bulunmuştur. Dr. Birgül Sarıkamış ile birlikte FEMİNA kadın sağlığı’nda tüp bebek hastalarına hizmet etmeyi sürdürmektedir.
